Whitefish Wooded Estate

Forestoration was approached by a private landowner with a large forested property outside of Whitefish with a request to design and build several miles of hiking trails. Forestoration designed a series of loop trails that allow the client to access the most unique parts of their property, including wetlands, ponds, and cliff overlooks. The trails are a combination of hand-built and machine-built. Machine-built loops provide a smooth, flowing tread that also provides a bike-able experience, while hand-built trails are unrivaled for creating an intimate forest experience.
